Hi everyone! I’m Asmita, a rising junior at Carnegie Vanguard High School. I am very interested in healthcare because the different aspects of medicine relating to people is fascinating to me. Healthcare is a wonderful field to find out more about how important areas of health function and to reach out a hand to those in need. Some of my hobbies include writing, reading, playing tennis, playing the violin, and baking. I hope to be able to contribute my abilities to this wonderful organization, and I am excited to push forward MedInspirit’s mission: spreading awareness about the healthcare field.

My name is Naomi and I am from Florida. I joined the Med Inspirit team so I can further explore my interests in healthcare. I'm pretty involved in my school community. I am a member in my school's National Honor Society, HOSA, FBLA, Speech and Debate Club, and Science National Honor Society.When I'm not studying, you can find me listening to a podcast or volunteering.

Hi! I’m Heather Gan, and I’m a rising junior at Bellaire High School. I’ve always been interested in the medical field since I was young, and by the time I entered high school I was striving to become an orthodontist and even planned on opening up a business of my own. I joined this organization as I think it is very important to spread awareness of world health issues as well as provide inspiration to anyone who wants to pursue a career in healthcare, which is why I plan on bringing light to as many healthcare careers as possible. I am excited to to see how MedInspirit will grow and aid youths to become the future leaders of the medical world.

Hi! My name is Katherine Paikattu and I am one of the graphic designers for Medinspirit. I am interested in psychology as well as the brain and I aspire to be a psychiatrist. Medicine is one of the careers that I find the most interesting since there are so many opportunities. With Medinspirit, I hope that I can help others know the different paths in the medical field even if it’s through a sign or Instagram post.

Hi! I’m Jasmine Wani, I’m an incoming junior in high school from Austin, TX. I’ve always loved helping people and making them feel better, so I decided I wanted to be a doctor at a young age. Ever since then, this burning passion I’ve had for assisting others and my fascination of the medical field hasn’t wavered one bit. I’m so exited to join the Medinspirit team as Co-Vice President and I look forward to helping Medinspirit grow in its mission to spread awareness and educate people on the medical field.

Hi! My name is Saira Hussain and I am a rising sophomore at Clements High School. In my free time, I love to write code, travel, tutor, and play sports with my friends and family! As a high school student who loves computer science and is fascinated with medicine, I know the difficulty of choosing a career in the medical field. As an officer for this organization, I hope to learn more about the medical field, while teaching other high school students about this vast field. I hope to make Medinspirit a valuable resource for high school students across the nation.
